The Commerce Clause of the Federal Constitution - Ezra - Adlibris
If the Commerce Clause was to be interpreted narrowly, it would only allow Congress to regulate the flow of goods, and how they flow, between intranational and international bodies. However, in the liberal interpretation, this clause has been construed to allow for a wide variety of powers.
